Korean law refers to the legal system and legislation that governs South Korea.

Labor Law: Korean labor law protects the rights and interests of employees and employers. 

It covers areas such as employment contracts, working hours, wages, benefits, workplace safety, and labor unions.

Intellectual Property Law: Korean intellectual property law protects copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other forms of intellectual property. 

It establishes rules for the registration, use, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Commercial Law: Commercial law governs business transactions, contracts, company law, 

and other commercial activities. The Korean Commercial Code contains provisions related to 

business entities, commercial contracts, bankruptcy, and securities regulations.

South Korea has laws and regulations that govern foreign investment, trade,
